Welcome to my page. I’m Sandy, a Hypnotherapist and Havening Practitioner based in Harley Street in the heart of London and I am passionate about helping people heal from their past issues. My particular area of expertise is trauma, self-esteem and weight loss.

I’ve been in practice for over 8 years now, helping my clients who have experienced traumatic events in their lives and those who have low self-esteem, depression, body hang-ups and lack of self worth. This is what I do best and it gives me the greatest pleasure, to help my clients realise that negative emotions and feelings can be released and transformed, and that we all have the power to move forward in our lives and create the freedom that we all deserve.

I have treated many people using the revolutionary Virtual Gastric Band technique, using hypnotherapy for weight loss, so that you feel full from smaller portions of food, providing a safer and much more affordable alternative to medical surgery, enabling you lose weight and feel great about your body again.

Besides my years of Hypnotherapy experience, I am also a practitioner of Havening, a therapy that focuses on removing both the mental and physical impacts of trauma and I have helped many of my clients using this technique, with issues ranging from PTSD, nightmares, depression, stress, anger, resentment, and anxiety.
