Hi, my name is Paul and I’m a London-based hypnotherapist and I specialise in treating clients using medical hypnosis as well as providing help for people caught within an addiction.

My passion for medical hypnotherapy comes from my original working background as a trained dermatological nurse and seeing medical conditions that are directly influenced by our emotional state and well-being, and we’ve seen fantastic improvements in people as a result of directly addressing the emotional issues that can trigger these ailments.

I also specialise in helping clients tackle their addictions, and with the many therapies I know I support people in realising that addiction is not an endless cycle of negative repetition and that taking the control over their own lives and decisions is always within their power.

I have a broad range of techniques and skills that helps my clients from psychology, counselling, Havening and EMDR. I am passionate and dedicated at becoming the very best therapist that I can be for the people that trust me to treat them, and I’m very much looking forward to meeting you and seeing how I can help you become the person that you deserve to be, to not feel trapped within yourself and to live with freedom and happiness.
